We guarantee that all our products will be carefully checked before being shipped. If you notice that the products have a quality problem or defects when opening the package, we are responsible for shipping costs.
If the product has been used, even once, we cannot accept a return. No exceptions.
Send a copy of your proof of purchase and a photo of the item by email to email@example.com. Please include a short message explaining the return so that we can work on improving our products.
Once our team has received your email, we can either offer you a refund, exchange with another product, or if you wish, we can restore the full amount of credit online to use it as you wish in the store! This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
If you do not receive an item because you have provided us with an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for replacement or refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the information you have provided is correct.
Any refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
Credit may not appear until the next monthly billing cycle for your credit card. You will be notified by email to the e-mail address indicated on your order when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank may need additional days to process and record this transaction on your account once it has received the information from us.
